Can I get in at night or on weekends?

Yes. LockRig is 24/7 with app-based gate access and a keypad code as backup, seven days a week. You don't call ahead and you don't wait for an office to open — the gate opens at 3 a.m. on a Sunday the same as it does at noon on a Tuesday.

How much room is there to manoeuvre?

The yard was laid out for full-length rigs, not squeezed for spot count. Aisles are wide enough to turn without a spotter, stalls take a 53-foot trailer, and every space pulls in clean so you are not backing into a blind corner. See the aerial photos above.

What size vehicles fit?

Semi trucks and 53-foot tractor-trailers, drop trailers, bobtails and day cabs, box trucks, cube vans and cargo vans. Spaces run from 40 feet up to 80 feet, in widths from 11.6 to 14.6 feet for wide loads. We also rent 8×20 all-steel drive-up storage vaults.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Parking and storage are month-to-month. Fleet agreements for multiple stalls are available if you want to lock in a rate.

What happens when the power goes out?

A backup generator keeps the gate operating and the cameras recording. On the Gulf Coast that matters — a dead gate is either a lot you can't get into or a lot anyone can walk into.
